It's Hunting Season
Hunting season can be a very dangerous time for pets. It is up to you to keep them safe. Some strategies include: 
Using a tie-out to keep pets in the yard, check on them regularly
Outfitting dogs with high-visibility vests, bright bandanas, bells and other accessories to make them noticeable
Avoiding active hunting grounds and keeping dogs leashed.
